Inga is originally from Germany and has traveled all over the world, giving her a wealth of ideas, inspirations, and unique perspectives to share with her clients. With over 10 years of real estate and design experience, Inga became a Realtor in 2016 to broaden her industry knowledge further and to be able to help others enter the real estate game. She currently owns and runs a boutique development and investment firm with her husband, giving her the ability to relate and connect to clients, as she experiences the ups, downs, excitements, and challenges of the business first hand.

In the past Inga worked as a Development Manager for a luxury apartment developer, where she led multiple 200+ unit projects from origination through completion, focusing on the due diligence, financial analysis, design, and overall project management. Inga holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. She is also a LEED accredited professional and very familiar with green design principles.

Besides her passion for everything design and real estate related, Inga enjoys all things outdoors or involving food. If she is not brunching with her husband or exploring the area with her dog, you can usually find her exercising. She loves all types of activities and does anything from golfing, cycling, and bar-crawling, to of course house hunting.
